“Let us not raise our children for the world of today.
This world will no longer exist when they grow up.
And nothing allows us to know what their world will be like, so let us teach them to adapt.”
Maria Montessori – 1949
We prepare your child for the varied communication situations of today’s and tomorrow’s world. To do this, we focus on two fundamental areas:
Two Languages:
Natural Linguistic Immersion
We offer the co-presence of French-speaking and English-speaking educators in each classroom, thus promoting the natural learning of languages. Each teacher addresses the children in French or English, creating a rich and authentic environment.
English is integrated into daily life and interdisciplinary educational projects:
From Preschool Onwards:
During games, songs, motor activities, arts and crafts, reading, and scientific discoveries.
For Older Children:
A more in-depth exploration of the language with a reflection on its functioning, the progressive analysis of syntactic structures, while maintaining a playful and concrete approach through manipulations and role-playing.
Our goal is for each child to quickly acquire a solid foundation in both languages to use them confidently and fluently according to the communication context.
We will also offer a linguistic introduction to German for 1 hour per week.
Cultures :
An Openness to the World
Aware of the complexity and richness of the world around us, we encourage children to discover cultural diversity. This approach nurtures their understanding of the world and others, educates for peace, and develops their adaptability, tolerance, and acceptance.
This can take various forms:
Discovery of Lifestyles:
Exploration of the traditions, celebrations, and customs of other cultures.
Philosophy Workshops:
To stimulate reflections on values, differences, and living together.
Theater Workshops:
To learn how to clearly formulate a message and address various interlocutors.
As Maria Montessori said:
« Educating is not training. It is awakening curiosity, opening doors,
and cultivating the freedom to be. »
